OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

PASS THE PINK SWEEPSTAKES

No purchase necessary to enter the Pass the Pink Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

  1. Eligibility.
    1. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry during the Sweepstakes Period (as defined in Section 2).
    2. Employees and families of Janie and Jack, LLC (“Janie and Jack”) and its affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
  2. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins Sunday, March 8, 2026, at [12:00 am PST] and ends Friday, April 24, 2026, at [11:59 pm PST] (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received by and recorded by Janie and Jack during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible for the drawing.
  3. How to Enter. There are two (2) methods of entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

    Any form of entry other than those described in this Section 3 is void. Janie and Jack reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud destroys the integrity of the promotion as determined by Janie and Jack in its sole discretion. All entries become the property of Janie and Jack and will not be returned or appreciated. By submitting a photo, the entrant represents and warrants that the photo is an original work created by the entrant, that the entrant has the right to submit the photo, and that the photo does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

    1. Social Entry (Instagram): To enter via Instagram, participants must:

      Entrants must have a public Instagram account for the entry to be verified. Entries from private accounts will not be eligible.

      1. post a photo of themselves and their child(ren) wearing pink and/or inspired by spring, and/or the Janie and Jack Pink Collection;
      2. tag @janieandjack in the post;
      3. include the hashtag #passthepink in the post;
      4. tag a woman who inspires them (eg, mom, daughter, sister, mentor, or friend); and
      5. Share in the caption why they are “passing the pink” to her.
    2. Website Entry: To enter via the Janie and Jack website, participants must visit janieandjack.com/think-pink-sweeps.html and complete all required form fields, including:

      Online entrants must have a valid email address and phone number in order to enter.

      1. first and last name;
      2. daytime telephone number (including area code/country code);
      3. email address;
      4. upload a photo of themselves and their child(ren) wearing pink and/or inspired by spring, and/or the Janie and Jack Pink Collection;
      5. identify a woman who inspires them; and
      6. share why that woman inspires them.
  4. Winners List. If you are selected as a Winner (as defined in Section 7), your name may be included in a publicly available winners list (a “Winners List”). The inclusion of your name in a Winners List is subject to
    1. your consent
    2. The Janie and Jack Privacy Policy set forth in Section 5, and
    3. the conditions set forth in Section 9.
  5. Privacy. The collection, use, and sharing of personal information provided in conjunction with the Sweepstakes will be governed by the Janie and Jack Privacy Policy, located at https://www.janieandjack.com/privacy-policy.html?lang=en_US .
  6. Prize. Three (3) winners will be randomly selected to each receive one (1) Janie and Jack gift card valued at One Thousand Dollars ($1,000).
  7. Winner Drawing and Odds of Winning. Three (3) entries will be chosen from all of the entries at random on or about April 24, 2026, to receive the Prize (the “Winners” and each, a “Winner”). The odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received by Janie and Jack during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be held at Janie and Jack's principal office in San Francisco, California. The Winner will be contacted via e-mail or phone by Janie and Jack within seven (7) days of the drawing and must show proof of eligibility. In the event Janie and Jack cannot locate a Winner within ten (10) days of the date of attempted notification, the individual's status may be forfeited, and an alternate winner chosen. Janie and Jack are not responsible for any change of e-mail address or phone number of entries.
  8. No Substitution. No substitution or transfer of a prize will be permitted. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Janie and Jack reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner, even if the disqualified potential winner's name may have been publicly announced.
  9. Conditions of Participation.
    1. By participating, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Janie and Jack, which are final and binding in all respects and are not subject to appeal. By accepting the Prize, the Winner grants Janie and Jack and/or their designees the right to use his/her name, biographical information, testimonial, photo and/or likeness and/or prize information or personal exposition (and/or any edited portion thereof) for advertising, publicity, promotional and other purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.
    2. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, JANIE AND JACK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW (IN ADDITION TO DISQUALIFICATION OF SUCH PERSON FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES).
  10. Release
    1. Any sponsors, administrators, affiliates, employees and/or agents of Janie and Jack shall be released from any liability or responsibility for any issues, damages, or injuries that may arise in connection with the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”). The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, delayed, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise to or in connection with the connection Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. The Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the Janie and Jack website.
    2. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed only to Janie and Jack.
  11. Disqualification. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, who are in violation of these Official Rules, or who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner as solely determined by Janie and Jack, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.  Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification.  Janie and Jack reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.  Entrants may not register with multiple email addresses, nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to register multiple times or as multiple registrants.  Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits any and all prizes won, in Janie and Jack’s sole and absolute discretion.
  12. Right to Cancel or Modify.  Janie and Jack reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes for any reason, including, but not limited to, should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Janie and Jack’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Janie and Jack, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, and, if terminated, at its discretion, randomly select the winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Janie and Jack.
  13. Limitation of Liability.  By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Janie and Jack shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes, or any Sweepstakes related activity, or from entrant’s acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of a prize.
  14. Winners List

    2. The names of the Winners will be available after 4/24.
  16. Entire Agreement. By entering this Sweepstakes, you accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Janie and Jack, which shall be final and binding in all matters. These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between the entrant and Janie and Jack regarding the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, made by Janie and Jack, or between the entrant and Janie and Jack with respect to the Sweepstakes.
