These are the Terms and Conditions which govern each use you make of the donation payment services provided through the campaign with Janie and Jack. The donation is followed by an initial purchase and reuses your chosen payment details. The donation is one-off. By confirming on the Janie and Jack Website that you wish to make a donation you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for that donation. The amount donated is directly given to the charitable organisation.
Baby2Baby (further referred to as us or we) is a registered non-profit organization in The United States of America under registration number 46-4503539). Our registered office is 5830 W. Jefferson Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90016.
If you make an error in your donation, please contact us either by danielle@baby2baby.org, by phone at (323) 933-2229 or by post at 5830 W Jefferson Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90016, within 30 days and a full refund will be made to you. Evidence of the original transfer must be submitted to us for a full or partial refund.
We reserve the right to amend these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions at any time.
These Donation Payment Terms and Conditions are governed by The United States of America law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the The United States of America courts.
