We ship to most locations within the United States as well as to Military (APO/FPO) addresses and U.S. Territories.

Occasionally, during large promotional events and holiday rush, there may be a slight delay in validating your order, and additional shipping time may be required. Certain delivery locations or situations may cause delays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

Janie and Jack offers flat rate shipping & handling! Choose the service level that is right for you and pay one flat rate.
Certain methods may not be available for every location. Flat rate shipping & handling applies to online orders only. Total delivery time includes the processing time until the order ships, plus the expected shipping time for your order. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Burlington, NJ 08016. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 12 noon ET will begin processing the next business day. Please note that Janie and Jack is not responsible for any charges upon delivery due to forwarding addresses. Unfortunately, once placed, orders cannot be edited.

Economy Delivery (Free with $100+ Purchase)

Orders shipped via Economy Delivery may take up to 10 business days USPS or UPS. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Economy Delivery is only available for street addresses and P.O. Box shipments. Economy Delivery is available for shipments to AK, HI, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories, but please allow up to 20 days for delivery.

Shipment re-routes, address corrections, and shipment call-backs may not be available on Economy Delivery orders. If available, delivery of your order may be delayed an additional five business days. Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order.

Standard Delivery

Orders shipped via Standard Delivery may take up to 5 business days, via FedEx. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Standard Delivery is only available for street address and within the continental U.S. Standard Delivery is not available for shipments to AK, HI, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Territories, or P.O. Boxes.

Shipment re-routes, address corrections, and shipment call-backs may not be available on Standard Delivery orders. If available, delivery of your order may be delayed an additional five business days. Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order.

2-Day Delivery

All orders received prior to 12 noon ET, Monday–Friday, pending credit authorization, address verification, and processing are delivered via FedEx within 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 noon ET on Fridays will ship out on Monday, pending credit card validation, address verification, and processing (unless Monday is a Holiday). 2-Day Delivery is available to AK, and HI, but it is not available for APO/FPO addresses, PR or other US Territories.

Shipment re-routes, address corrections, and shipment call-backs may not be available on these orders, so please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order. Deliveries to P.O. Boxes are not eligible for 2-Day Delivery.

 

Next Day Delivery

All orders received prior to 12 noon ET, Monday–Friday, pending credit authorization, address verification, and processing are delivered via FedEx the following business day before the end of day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 noon ET on Fridays will ship out on Monday, pending credit card validation, address verification, and processing (unless Monday is a Holiday). Next Day Delivery is limited in select areas. For details on service locations, visit FedEx.com. Next Day Delivery is not available for shipments to AK, HI, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories. Weekend delivery is not available for express checkout methods.

Signature Required

We no longer require a signature for delivered packages regardless of the order amount.


Shipping Policy

If your order has shipped and you still haven’t received your package, please allow the carrier the posted time for delivery or contact us and we’ll try our best to help.

Once your package is confirmed as delivered, we consider that order complete and we may be unable to provide a refund or reshipment if the package is missing. Please double check your address during checkout. Certain carriers (e.g. FedEx) provide a photo confirmation of delivery and if they have made an error, please contact us for assistance. For missing or lost packages that are confirmed as delivered to the correct address, we recommend contacting your financial institution for assistance.

Shipping fees involved in making a return to janieandjack.com will not be reimbursed.

International Shipping Services

For most countries, duties and taxes are included in the purchase price or listed separately in checkout.

International shipments are not eligible for free shipping.

General Information

PLACING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

STEP 1: Choose your shipping destination and preferred currency. All prices will automatically be converted into your chosen currency. You will be subject to the exchange rate for foreign currency conversion at the time the order is placed.

If you can't add an item to your shopping bag, that item isn't available for international shipping to the destination you've selected. We do not ship Gift Cards internationally at this time.

Due to customs restrictions, orders shipping to international destinations cannot be gift wrapped, and we do not include flat pack gift boxes in international shipments.

STEP 2: When you're ready to purchase your items, go to checkout. You must enter your promotion codes before proceeding to checkout.

Log in to your account or proceed as a guest. You can enter your billing, shipping, and payment information in subsequent steps.

You can use credit cards for any international order, and PayPal for orders in select currency. Other payment methods may be available based on your locale.

For most counties, we will calculate and display a guaranteed order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes, which you can review before you complete your order.

If the Duties and Taxes (DDU) are not included, the carrier will charge the recipient (including gift recipients) all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. Duties and taxes are assessed by the local government based on the destination. For information about duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office or the carrier that delivers your package.

STEP 3: What happens next? After payment is approved for your order, we ship it to your chosen destination. You will receive two emails during this time: when your order is received and when it has been shipped. If there are delays, you may receive additional notifications.

Order Information

All orders received prior to 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Standard Time, Monday–Friday, are processed within 3 business days upon credit card validation. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to the person who placed the order once the order is shipped. Please note: Orders may be randomly selected for additional export reviews. In some cases, orders may take up to 5 business days to ship due to the reviews.

Once an international order is submitted on the website, we are no longer able to modify the order. Shipment re-routes, address corrections, and shipment call-backs are not available on international orders.

Shipping Information

We offer Economy and Express shipping services for international orders.

Orders shipping International Economy are delivered via DHL and are typically delivered within 30 business days. Tracking is not available with International Economy service. We can ship to P.O. boxes with International Economy service.

Orders shipping International Express are delivered via DHL and are typically delivered within 7 business days. Tracking is available with International Express service. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes with International Express service.


Shipping Calculations

During checkout, we will calculate and guarantee your order's international shipping costs. The costs are calculated based on a number of factors, including the number of purchased items, the weight of the items, and the postal code of the destination country. A shipping estimate specific to your destination can be viewed as part of the checkout process. Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Occasionally, a single order needs to be sent in two or more shipments. Shipping charges apply only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for subsequent shipments for the same order. NOTE: We cannot offer free shipping or free returns on international orders. Please note: Canadian Customs limits imports of textile products to CAN$1,600 per day for individuals who are not licensed importers. Orders in excess of these limits will be stopped at Canadian Customs and returned to Janie and Jack. Please do not exceed these order amounts.
