Welcome to Janie and Jack's Online Customer and Gift Services.
Standard Gift Packaging

Boxes and Gift Messages
Send your gifts wrapped in our delicately scalloped tissue paper and placed in a beautifully printed box, finished with a coordinating gift card with your personal message printed inside.

Please note that international orders cannot include any gift packaging.
Gift Receipt
Include a gift receipt with your gift and we will encode the receipt so prices do not appear on the packing slip. Due to customs, gift options not available for international addresses.(Please note that orders containing a gift receipt will not include any other receipt.)

To purchase a gift card, click here.

To redeem your gift card, simply place an order online or visit your local Janie and Jack shop. During online checkout, input the gift card number at the bottom of the Payment page and enter the unique PIN from the back of the gift card into the PIN location. The full amount of the gift card will be applied to the order. Any unused balance will remain on the card. You may check your card balance by calling 1-800-255-1989. If the order amount exceeds the gift card amount, the balance will need to be placed on a credit card.

Electronic Gift Cards, redeemable online or in shop
To purchase an electronic gift card, click here.

To redeem your electronic gift card, simply place an order online. At checkout, enter the gift card number at the bottom of the Payment page. The full amount of the electronic gift card will be applied to the order. Any unused balance will remain on the Electronic Gift Card. To check the available balance, please visit the Gift Card section that can be found under My Account. If the order amount exceeds the electronic gift card amount, the balance will need to be paid for with a credit card.

* New Gift Certificate Policy
Due to a systems conversion, our U.S. stores are no longer able to accept paper gift certificates or paper merchandise credits. Please call Customer Service at 1-877-449-8800 to obtain a replacement gift card or merchandise credit card. We apologize for any inconvenience.

For a truly personalized shopping experience and the most perfect gifting ideas, Janie and Jack is proud to offer our Signature Service to you. To access your own personal online shopper, our Signature Service Team is available at 1-877-449-8800 Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and on Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (PT).

Returns and Exchanges

Every item you receive from Janie and Jack should be perfect for the special baby in your life. If ever an item does not meet your highest expectations, you or your gift recipient may return it within 180 days of the purchase. We gladly accept returns or exchanges providing that the items have not been worn or washed.

Returns may be made in person or through the mail. Monogrammed items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please see the "Returns and Exchanges" section on our help page for specific details on our return policy.
