Domestic Shipping Services
The Janie and Jack Online store ships to most locations within the United States as well as to Military (APO/FPO) addresses and the U.S. Territories.

Free Shipping Over $100
Offer valid for a limited time only. Free standard U.S. shipping applies to all orders of $100 or more automatically at checkout. Shipping rate is calculated from merchandise subtotal (less discounts, if applicable) and does not include tax or purchases of gift cards or gift packaging. Valid on only one shipping address per order. Orders shipping with Free Shipping are usually sent via Ground delivery and shipping may take up to 7 business days to arrive at the destination. Total time to the destination also includes processing, which may take 1-2 business days. Shipments to HI, AK, APO/FPO locations, and U.S. territories will deliver via USPS and may take up to 20 business days to deliver. A fee of $4.95 will be deducted from your order refund for return postage when you use the return label enclosed with your shipment. Promotion not valid on international shipments or in retail shops. Not valid for cash. No adjustments on previous purchases. Offer is non-transferable. Janie and Jack reserves the right to change this promotion at any time. Not combinable with any other offer. Express Delivery - Next Business Day
All orders received prior to 9:00 a.m.(PT), Monday through Friday, are processed the same day upon credit card validation, and delivered via Fed Ex the following business day before 3:00 p.m. Orders placed after 9:00am (PT)on Friday will ship out on Monday, pending credit card validation (unless Monday is a Holiday). Next Business Day Delivery is limited in select areas. For details on service locations, visit FedEx.com. Next Business Day Delivery is not available for shipments to P.O. Boxes, AK, HI, APO/FPO addresses or U.S. Territories.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and PO Box/APO/FPO Addresses
All orders are delivered by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail or Fed Ex Smartpost and follow the same shipping rates listed in the above table. Deliveries to these locations may take longer than 7 days. The U.S. Territories include Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Pacific Islands, Guam and American Samoa.

Signature Required
Shipments with a merchandise value above $300 will be sent with a signature required upon delivery.

Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices. The carriers will charge the recipient (including gift recipients) all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. For information about duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office or the carrier that delivers your package.

Due to customs restrictions, orders shipping to international destinations cannot be gift wrapped. Additionally, we do not include flat pack gift boxes in international shipments.

All orders received prior to 9:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday, are processed within 3 business days pending credit card validation. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to the person who placed the order once the order is shipped. Please note: Orders may be randomly selected for additional export reviews. In some cases, orders may take up to 5 business days to ship due to the reviews.

Once an international order is submitted on the website, we are no longer able to modify the order.

Please note: shipment re-routes, address corrections and shipment call-backs are not available on international orders. All undeliverable, refused or unclaimed shipments will be refunded for the merchandise amount after we have received the returned shipment.

Orders shipping Express are delivered via Fed Ex International Priority service and are typically delivered within 5 business days. Tracking is available with Express service. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes with Express service.
