Online Shop |
|

Our Online Shop makes shopping easy. Each
departmental page is divided into different product categories such as
Tops & Tees, Bottoms, Dresses & One Pieces, etc. To view all
items, simply click the desired product category. Click on the image of
the product you would like to view. To build outfits, click on the outfit
icons in the middle of the Department pages or on the top of the
Collection pages. To order, simply select the size and quantity of the
item you would like and click "Add to Bag". |

Gift Certificates |
|
|
If you're unsure and can't decide, consider giving
a gift certificate. Janie and Jack’s gift cards and electronic gift
certificates are available in increments in amounts up to $500. |

Check Out |

Ordering at janieandjack.com is easy. To place an order
follow the steps below: |

1. Click on the selected department (Girl, Boy, Layette and Gifts) on
the navigation bar at the top of each page. |

2. Select the desired product category you would like to view (e.g.
Tops & Tees, Bottoms or Accessories.) |

3. Click on the product image that you would like to see. |

4. Select the size and quantity. |
|

5. Click "Add to Bag". |
|
|
|
6. When you are finished shopping, click on the Shopping Bag button at
the top right of the page and follow the instructions to checkout. If you
are new to our site and have not yet registered, you will be prompted to
do so during checkout. It's as simple as providing your email address and
creating a password. |

Shipping and Delivery |

We process standard orders received prior to 9:00 a.m. PST Monday
through Friday within 1 - 2 business days. Express orders received
prior to 9:00 a.m PST Monday through Friday are processed within 1
business day. Delivery times will vary based on the method of shipment you
select. See below for details.
Standard Delivery
Orders shipped Standard service are
delivered within 3 business days by 4:30 p.m. to most areas and by 7:00
p.m. to residences.
Express Delivery
Orders shipped Express service are delivered
within 1 business day by 3:00 p.m. to most areas, Monday through Friday.
Express delivery is limited in select areas. For details on service
locations, call 1-800-Go-FedEx (1-800-463-3339).
