Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay Glad I bought this on sale and not full price. It fit my average circumference 6 mo old daughter's head just fine with a little room to grow and looks adorable. Love the chin strap with Velcro. But overall it came very wrinkled (I'll have to steam it out before using) and had loose threads and a thread I had to cut off that is by the pink ribbon on the the front. Hoping it doesn't come unraveled. Keeping it bc it's not worth the hassle and cost of returning. Not the usual Janie and Jack quality.
